This is how I spent last Friday night. Skyping with my puppy! Actually, to be fair, I also went to Michael’s Crafts, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods & Whole Foods. I bought an insane amount of Christmas decorations, crafting supplies and things adorned with snowmen. In the past, I would have felt really lame about this. I would have disregarded the fact that I had gone out every other night that week and had plans already set for the next night. I would have just felt very wah-wah and convinced myself I had no friends and no life. But now I say Live what you Love, sister! And, well, I love crafting, being festive and all holiday like, popping in a favorite DVD and twirling/sliding/dancing around my apartment. It fills me up with joy, delight & is really nice after being out lots of nights in a row. Find what makes you happy & then do it! It’s your life, friends. Design it!
